FAQs

  • How can I place an order?

    If you would like to place an order you can direct message us on social media, we are very active online. Alternatively, you can email us at propd.up.events@gmail.com.

    Please list the items you wish to hire along with the venue location, date & time. We also have a 'Contact Us' section on our website that sends your enquiry straight to us!

  • How long is the hire period?

    The prices shown are based on weekend hire rate and/or single use. If you wish to have the items for longer, we can arrange a quote for you for extended hire.

  • Can I keep my sign or anything custom?

    I know they are gorgeous signs and who wouldn't want to keep it for memories. However, they are not to keep. If you would like a custom sign to keep, please send me an email or DM and I can provide you with a quote.

  • What if an item is damaged or lost?

    The person hiring acknowledges they are responsible for the equipment & is liable for any damages, breakages & loss of equipment. The hirer will be charged an appropriate fee for damage, loss or breakage of the equipment. This will be based on the current retail value of the specific equipment that has been damaged, lost or broken.
